Acre Agrotech began its journey on 1st September 2020 with a mission to transform farming through organic practices in Hoskote Taluk,
Bengaluru Rural. Having successfully guided over 4,500 farmers towards sustainable agriculture,
we are now extending our vision to urban homes.
Our Story
With our range of carefully designed products,
we empower individuals to grow their own food in limited spaces like balconies and rooftops.
Our goal is to inspire at least 5,000 households to embrace homegrown, chemical-free food.
Beyond products, we are building a strong community that supports, guides,
and grows together towards a healthier, sustainable future.
In early 2013, Diana stepped away from her corporate career and embarked on a journey across rural India.
Over the next two and a half years, she lived with bottom of the-pyramid families across different regions,
gaining firsthand insight into the relationship between livelihoods, development, and sustainability.
These experiences shaped a deeper understanding: meaningful change must be built from the ground up—by
strengthening local capacities, restoring natural systems, and enabling communities to thrive independently.
Rooted in Rural India
Since August 2017, Diana has been living and working in Hoskote taluk,
a drought prone region in rural Bengaluru,
Karnataka one of the driest and most economically challenged districts in the country.
Here, ACRE Agrotech actively focuses on:

Empowering farmers through education and awareness
Encouraging sustainable livelihoods
Rebuilding trust in traditional, natural products
